Castle Health is a world-renowned, international provider of private addiction treatment. Their marketing team approached FHC to write blog posts for one of their residential treatment clinics. They were attracted to Full Height Copy because we have writers with a background in the health sector and specifically the fields of mental health and addiction. The brief later expanded to cover websites for their other treatment sites and a medical information website.

How did we help?

Castle Craig's in-house marketing team produces their blogging strategy and manages the upload, monitoring and reporting side of things. They were looking for regular writers to execute their content plan.

1. Build the package

We had an initial briefing call with Castle Craig's marketing lead to establish if we would be a good fit. During this call we identified that we had the expertise and capacity to undertake the work, and agreed on a set number of articles to produce each month.

2. Delivery

We identified our writers – a former drug treatment manager and a practicing psychiatrist with an interest in addiction – who then familiarised themselves with the client's service provision and target market.

The client issues us with briefs at the end of each month for the following month. We then agreed draft deadlines and our writers got to work.

3. Project expansion

We now provide content for all of Castle Health's UK and Ireland-based residential and outpatient clinics, and their medical information websites, writing about all types and aspects of addiction and addiction recovery.
